DeepSeek Harness Plugin

wangxuewangxue98/dsh-motor-ai

Category Tools & Capabilities Added 2026-10-25

Full edition of the motor-design AI plugin for DeepSeek Harness: adds the L1 (Ansys RMxprt) and L2 (Motor-CAD) precision layers on top of the L0 millisecond-level broad filter, completing an end-to-end chain from requirement parsing to parameter identification, candidate matrix, L0 pre-screening and L1/L2 verification. Mutually exclusive with dsh-motor-ai-l0 (uninstall l0 first); the shared core @wangxue98/dsh-motor-ai-core installs automatically. L1 needs Ansys AEDT (RMxprt) and L2 needs Motor-CAD installed locally. Distributed under the PolyForm Noncommercial licence; L1/L2 require an activation code. Telemetry is on by default: per-tool usage counts and design-experience samples that the author describes as desensitized are sent to the author's server at wangxuewangxue98.deno.net, and fault assistance can upload fault reports; switch them off with telemetryEnabled, designExperienceUpload and faultAssistEnabled in the plugin config.

Install

# from GitHub (first run asks for allowBuilds approval — follow the hint, retry)

dsh plugin --profile web add github:wangxuewangxue98/dsh-motor-ai

Any plugin you install runs third-party code with your own permissions — it can read your files, use your credentials, and reach the network, and tool approvals don’t sandbox it. GitHub-sourced plugins also run build scripts at install time — pnpm blocks those until you allow them, so an install can stop with ERR_PNPM_GIT_DEP_PREPARE_NOT_ALLOWED or ERR_PNPM_IGNORED_BUILDS; dsh prints the exact key to add under allowBuilds in your profile’s pnpm-workspace.yaml, and the install works on the next run. Allowing a build is a trust decision: only install sources you trust, and pin a commit (github:owner/repo#sha).
