Category UI Enhancements Added 2026-10-13

Toolbox panel for the DSH web UI: an MCP manager and a skills manager in one floating panel. MCP: per-server status and transport, add/edit/enable/disable/remove in global and project scopes, each tool's JSON Schema parameters rendered readably, reconnect that rebuilds a shared connection without affecting other sessions, a market of 47 services in 10 categories with search, sorting, a no-key filter and one-click install, and config import from ten other clients' config files with a preview before writing. A project's MCP servers share one connection per (project, serverName) — the first session opens it and the last one closes it — and the panel shows how many sessions are running. Skills: scopes with shadowing, enable/disable, model auto-invocation, and the skillhub.cn market. The project MCP config exports to JSON for backup or sharing, and the panel follows the host's UI language.

Install

# from GitHub (first run asks for allowBuilds approval — follow the hint, retry)

dsh plugin --profile web add github:Imzl-zl/dsh-toolbox-ui

Any plugin you install runs third-party code with your own permissions — it can read your files, use your credentials, and reach the network, and tool approvals don’t sandbox it. GitHub-sourced plugins also run build scripts at install time — pnpm blocks those until you allow them, so an install can stop with ERR_PNPM_GIT_DEP_PREPARE_NOT_ALLOWED or ERR_PNPM_IGNORED_BUILDS; dsh prints the exact key to add under allowBuilds in your profile’s pnpm-workspace.yaml, and the install works on the next run. Allowing a build is a trust decision: only install sources you trust, and pin a commit (github:owner/repo#sha).
