DeepSeek Harness Plugin

Category Memory Added 2026-11-08

Connects DeepSeek Harness to LRC's local structured memory: distills conclusions every 8 turns, drops near-duplicates by character-level Jaccard similarity (≥ 0.85), and writes them to a local LRC store. Five tools — lrc_recall, lrc_forget, lrc_remember_now, lrc_handoff and lrc_status — cover on-demand recall, retracting wrong entries, immediate writes, session handoff and a status line. On first run it downloads a per-platform LRC binary (win32-x64, darwin-arm64 or linux-x64, SHA256-verified) and starts an isolated instance, so the LRC desktop app is not required; data stays in $DSH_HOME/cache/lrc-plugin/data unless LRC_BASE points at an existing instance.

Install

# from GitHub (first run asks for allowBuilds approval — follow the hint, retry)

dsh plugin --profile web add github:zhibaiYingChuan/dsh-plugin-lrc

Any plugin you install runs third-party code with your own permissions — it can read your files, use your credentials, and reach the network, and tool approvals don’t sandbox it. GitHub-sourced plugins also run build scripts at install time — pnpm blocks those until you allow them, so an install can stop with ERR_PNPM_GIT_DEP_PREPARE_NOT_ALLOWED or ERR_PNPM_IGNORED_BUILDS; dsh prints the exact key to add under allowBuilds in your profile’s pnpm-workspace.yaml, and the install works on the next run. Allowing a build is a trust decision: only install sources you trust, and pin a commit (github:owner/repo#sha).
