Diagnoses and fixes "duplicate loader entry id" boot crashes - finds duplicate loader rows across profile bundles and converts them into id-targeted patches via a zero-dependency CLI (detect / preview / fix / verify).

Any plugin you install runs third-party code with your own permissions — it can read your files, use your credentials, and reach the network, and tool approvals don’t sandbox it.
