Mobile UI adaptation plugin for DeepSeek Harness - overlay drawer navigation, glassmorphism design, safe-area coverage, PWA support.

Install

# from npm (prebuilt)

dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-mobile-xc

# from GitHub (first run asks for allowBuilds approval — follow the hint, retry)

dsh plugin --profile web add github:xchannel1987/dsh-mobile-xc

Any plugin you install runs third-party code with your own permissions — it can read your files, use your credentials, and reach the network, and tool approvals don’t sandbox it. GitHub-sourced plugins also run build scripts at install time — pnpm blocks those until you allow them, so an install can stop with ERR_PNPM_GIT_DEP_PREPARE_NOT_ALLOWED or ERR_PNPM_IGNORED_BUILDS; dsh prints the exact key to add under allowBuilds in your profile’s pnpm-workspace.yaml, and the install works on the next run. Allowing a build is a trust decision: only install sources you trust, and pin a commit (github:owner/repo#sha).

README

中文 | English

The ultimate mobile UI adaptation plugin for DeepSeek Harness — integrating the best designs from multiple mobile plugins to deliver a native mobile experience.

DSH 0.1.7 compatible (>=0.1.7-rc.1): settings now live on the new Plugins page under the dsh-mobile-xc package (plugins.bundle.config, same mechanism as modsearch / official subagent); the old Settings → Plugins entry was removed in the 0.1.7 settings rework.

✨ Core Features

📱 Mobile Drawer Navigation

  • Overlay Drawer: Sidebar slides out as an overlay without affecting the main content area
  • Scrim Backdrop: Tap the scrim to close the drawer, following mobile interaction patterns
  • Gesture Support: Swipe to open/close drawer (configurable)
  • Escape Key Close: Keyboard-friendly
  • Swipeable Session Header: the header keeps a single row on narrow screens; the title and PTC/usage badges overflow into a horizontal swipe, with a right-edge fade that clears at the end

🎨 Glass Card Design

  • Glassmorphism Style: Modern frosted glass visual effect
  • Single-line Input: Compact input area layout for mobile
  • FLIP Animations: Smooth state transition animations
  • 44px Touch Targets: Meets mobile touch interaction standards

📐 Safe Area Coverage

  • Notch Adaptation: Properly handles safe areas on iPhone X and similar devices
  • Home Indicator: Prevents content from being obscured by gesture bar
  • Dynamic Viewport: Supports dvh unit, auto-adjusts when keyboard appears

🔄 Smart Compatibility System

  • Version Mismatch Detection: Automatically checks DSH version compatibility
  • Soft Warning: Compatibility issues don't block usage, only notify
  • Fallback Degradation: Auto-degrades in extreme cases to ensure usability
  • Third-party Plugin Compatibility: Adapted for dshmarket, dsh-better-sidebar, etc.

📲 PWA Support

  • Official Whale Icon: Uses DSH official favicon
  • Offline Ready: Service Worker precaches critical resources
  • Installable: Supports "Add to Home Screen"

🎯 Breakpoint Design

Breakpoint Behavior
≤1023px Mobile adaptation activated
≥1024px Desktop mode, zero impact

Aligned with DSH built-in SIDEBAR_AUTO_COLLAPSE=1024 for seamless switching.
